A Look Back
A look back on my first triathlon season...I really wanted to do this for myself to remember, but I thought you may enjoy it, too.

Way to Go, Mel. I'm so proud. So... does a triathlete keep up the work indoors through the winter months? How does that work? Love the slideshow... I know you must be so excited to have accomplished your first full season!
I am so impressed. . .you are a gentle reminder that I shouldn't complain every morning when the alarm goes off and it's time to head to the treadmill!
