Success!

I know it's a few days past Thanksgiving, but with a houseful I haven't had a lot of time to blog. I didn't want to leave everyone hanging though from my previous post so I want to report a successful turkey outcome. The brine made for a moist turkey and a few sticks of butter during the roasting process never hurts.
