I just sent Baileigh upstairs to get dressed for school. She went. But not willingly. Apparently there were about 5 minutes remaining in the episode of Little Bear that she was watching and I have ruined her day!
So she stomps upstairs. A few minutes later I hear music blaring from her room and hear her singing at the top of her lungs It's A Hard Knock Life from Annie. Isn't this kind of stuff supposed to happen when they are at least 9 or 10 and not 6!

I thought we had a few years before the attitude, but I am not so sure. I like her choice of songs. If she only knew how great she has it.

that's hilarious....welcome to the world of eye rolling ;)
That is funny! Such a rough world for a 6 year old I tell ya.
Hilarious. And so funny she'd go up and pick an appropriate song for her little "mood." : )
HAHAHAHHA!! It's a hard-knocked life!! HAHAHA!! I guess she got "kicked" instead of "kisses," then, huh? HAHAHA!!!
I wish I had words of encouragement, but in my experience it only gets worse :( Something happens after they start school and see what other kids act like and get away with. It's a good argument for home-schooling!!
I am soooo glad to know I am not the only one getting pre-teen attitude prematurely. Kailey is 4 and I get "uuuuugghh, Maaammm" with eye rolling. Are you kidding me!!
