Lt. Col Select

Brad had his Lt. Col Select party the other night...it was for all promotees in the area so it was a huge bash at the Ritz Carlton. I "stuck" on temporary rank...the real rank and pay raise comes in the spring, for now its really just acknowledgement of his selection.
